Esteemed Abu Dhabi- based Reportage Properties announced a collaboration with reputable Lahore-headquartered Empire Holding, ahead of their planned expansion into Pakistan. Alongside their sales event, they announced Pakistan’s former opening batsman Ahmad Shahzad, as brand ambassador.
Reportage CEO, Andrea Nucera, said that Pakistan is a land of opportunity & by working with Empire Holding, they are confident of success.
Named by Forbes Middle East as one of the 2024 Leaders Of The Most Influential Real Estate Companies In The Middle East, Nucera said timely completion is one of the company’s strong points and they are looking to invest $300mn in Pakistan over the next five years.
Nucera said none of Reportage’s MENA or Gulf projects are mortgaged. This strong financial footing, enables them to offer a good price to potential investors.
Empire Holding MD, Raja Faisal Iftikhar quoted a World Bank report stating that Pakistan needs 10 million homes yearly.
He added that this project will connect to hundreds of other industries, thus providing an economical boost to Pakistan. He thanked the Pakistan government for their help.
He mentioned that Pakistan’s large population provides huge opportunities for a collaboration of this nature.
He said that they chose Ahmad Shahzad as brand ambassador, because like the company, he is honest, dependable, is concerned about those needing homes and has integrity.
Ahmad Shahzad reiterated that he signed up for this project because the company is honest and will fulfil their promises until completion.
He believes this will benefit those who are looking to invest their hard-earned money into a project of international standards, with return on investment.
Ahmad Shahzad also congratulated the Indian cricket team on winning the T20WC. He believes Pakistan cricket requires a lot of positive changes, to match the standards required at international level.
The Reportage- Empire collaboration will begin in Lahore, with planned expansion into several other Pakistani cities such as Islamabad and Karachi. Each project will have amenities to match Dubai standards, with the best of engineering and design.
